To provide high-quality, reliable service, we use a project-based pricing model with a 2-hour minimum. This ensures your project gets the dedicated time and specialized tools it requires. Our minimum service fees are based on your distance from our home base:

• Local Service (Within 10 miles): $120 minimum (covers travel + up to 2 hours of labor).

• Extended Service (10+ miles): $150 minimum (covers travel + up to 2 hours of labor).

• Additional Time: For projects exceeding 2 hours, our standard rate of $60/hr applies for each additional hour.

Do I need to provide the materials for my project?

Accepted Answer

For the most efficient service, we ask that you have all specialized materials (such as HVAC filters, specific paint, or furniture) on-site. If you would like us to source and pick up materials for you, we offer a Material Procurement service for a flat $50 fee plus the cost of items. Please mention this in your request notes!

Can I add more tasks once you arrive?

Absolutely! Since our service minimum covers up to 2 hours of labor, we encourage you to "bundle" your small repairs. If you have time left in your window after the initial task, we are happy to tackle additional items. If new tasks push the project beyond the 2-hour window, our standard hourly rate will apply.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We value your time and keep a tight schedule. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. For service calls located in our Extended Service zone (10+ miles), a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment, which is fully applied toward your final project total.
